Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Team member to assist the Store Manager and Manager in Training with recruiting, hiring, and training to achieve store sales goals while protecting company assets. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting and opportunities to advance from within.
You will help manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure customer satisfaction through a fun, full-service experience. Must be 18+, ready to work nights and weekends, and adapt to a culture of teamwork.
