Job description
Journeys is a teen retail leader focused on footwear and apparel. This role supports the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect assets.
We value a fun, energetic environment and promote from within. The in-store team emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and upholding Journeys culture as you advance toward a Co-Manager path. Position requires 45 hours weekly and weekend availability.
