Job description
Journeys in Ogden, UT is seeking a motivated Co-Manager in training to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with hiring, training, and supervising store personnel to reach sales goals and protect company assets.
You'll recruit and develop a high-performing team, deliver a fun, full-service customer experience, and uphold Journeys' culture of integrity and community involvement while working a 45-hour week, including nights and weekends.
