Job description
Journeys in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Store Team member to assist the Store Manager and Training Manager with recruiting, hiring, and developing store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect company assets.
You will help train a high-performing sales team, enforce policies, and communicate needs to leadership while ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires 45 hours/week, with night and weekend shifts, and physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
