Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training at Huntington Mall in Barboursville, WV to assist in recruiting, training, and managing store personnel to hit sales goals and protect company assets.
You will lead a sales team, coach staff, and execute company initiatives while delivering a fun, full-service experience to customers. This role offers growth toward a Co-Manager position with a 45-hour work week and weekend shifts.
