Job description
Journeys is a teen retail leader with an emphasis on footwear and unique specialty items. This role assists the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, hiring, and training staff to meet store and sales goals while protecting company assets.
You will help develop a successful sales team, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies as you foster a fun, full-service shopping experience and a strong Journeys culture.
