Job description
Journeys Shoe Store in Lake Jackson, TX is seeking a capable team member to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, hiring, training, and guiding store personnel to meet sales goals and protect company assets.
You will support a fun, full-service shopping environment, supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure policy compliance. This role requires 45 hours weekly, night/weekend shifts, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
