Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve store and personal sales goals, control expenses, and to protect company assets.
This role offers rapid promotion opportunities, a fun work environment with the coolest people, and a base pay plus commission scheme. Candidates must be 18+, able to work nights and weekends, and lift up to 50 pounds.
