Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Assistant/Manager In Training to support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and leading a team in Morristown, TN. You will drive sales, manage daily store operations, and uphold Journeys’ culture of customer service and teamwork.
You will participate in training programs, work 45 hours weekly including nights/weekends, and contribute to a fun, high-energy environment with opportunities for promotion from within.
