Job description
Journeys in Idaho Falls is seeking a candidate to assist the Store Manager and Manager in Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to reach sales goals and protect assets. You will help train a successful sales team, enforce company policies, and communicate store needs while delivering a fun, full-service experience to customers.
This role requires 45 hours per week, night and weekend availability, and a willingness to learn; age 18+ with training leading toward
