Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager In Training to assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve store and personal sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets. To succeed, you will meet and exceed sales goals, assist in recruiting and training a strong sales team, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies.
