Journeys Kidz in Modesto, CA is seeking a Store Manager in Training/Co-Manager to assist the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and supervising staff to meet sales goals and protect assets.
You will recruit, train, coach, and supervise, ensure loss prevention, provide customer service, and lead teams during shifts, including nights and weekends. 18+ years and flexible scheduling required.
