Journeys is seeking a Store/Manager In Training helper to assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training to drive sales at the Tejon Ranch Outlets in Tejon Ranch, CA. The role promotes from within and targets a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
You will help train a sales team, enforce policies, and deliver a fun, full-service experience while upholding Journeys culture and community-focused initiatives.
