Job description
Journeys in Chico, CA is seeking a dedicated associate to support the Store Manager and Training Manager in recruiting, training, and leading store personnel to hit sales targets and protect company assets. You will help recruit, train, coach, and supervise a high-energy team while delivering a fun, full-service customer experience.
The role requires 45 hours per week, willingness for night/weekend shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
