Job description
Horizon House, Inc. is seeking a Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist/Counselor for its Intensive Case Management team in Claymont, Delaware. This full-time, on-site role supports adults with psychiatric disabilities and co-occurring substance use disorders under clinical supervision.
Responsibilities include coordinating treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy, and liaising with families and community agencies. A valid driver’s license is required.
