What a Kleingers Group Civil Engineer Co-op is about:
Collaborating with a team of experienced engineers
Drafting and designing construction drawings for projects in the industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, transportation, and mixed-use markets
Becoming proficient in the use of design and CAD applications
Learning how to organize your work to maximize your contributions, growth, and development

Developing skills and knowledge to increase and advance what you know to help meet your full potential
Learning how we interact with our clients to provide value
What we are looking for:
Enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program
Desire to work in a collaborative environment with co-workers
Thirst for knowledge and team-oriented
Organized with strong attention to detail
Enjoy problem solving with the team, by asking questions and taking initiative to help the team
Ability to communicate and present ideas
Eagerness to develop AutoCAD skills and create model-based designs in Civil 3D
Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel.
