NiSource is seeking a Supervisor Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of a coal-fired generation station. The successful candidate will reinforce safety practices while managing team performance, ensuring effective unit operations and environmental compliance. Qualified candidates should have significant experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree. The salary range is $96,600 to $144,900.
