HireNow Staffing is recruiting an Emergency Medicine Coastal Acute Care Provider (NP/PA) to work across two modern EDs near Islamorada in the Florida Keys. This full‑time 1099 Independent Contractor role offers clinical autonomy and a coastal lifestyle with supportive physicians and healthcare teams.
The ideal candidate is a NP or PA with 2+ years of Emergency Medicine experience, Florida license (or eligibility), and current ACLS/BLS/PALS/ATLS certifications; capable of independent ED practice
