Job description
The American Academy of Family Physicians is seeking emergency medicine physicians to join an independent, physician‑owned group serving Lewes, Millville and Millsboro, Delaware. The role offers full‑time positions across a hospital ED and freestanding EDs with 10‑hour and 12‑hour shifts, and an 18‑month path to equal partnership with full voting rights.
Compensation features a guaranteed hourly base with night/holiday differentials, quarterly productivity bonuses, and complete partnership
