Job description
Santa Cruz ENT seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join our established private practice in Santa Cruz, California. This is a broad general ENT role with the autonomy to develop subspecialty interests and build a practice aligned with patient needs.
We offer a defined pathway to partnership in about one year, with a guaranteed first-year base salary of $400,000 and partnership income potential up to $800,000.
