Job description
Alliance Recruiting Resources is working with a well-established, 40-physician private practice multispecialty group on the North Carolina coast seeking a Family Physician due to increasing patient demand. This is a busy, high-volume clinic with a small-group setting and meaningful shareholder potential.
New providers can quickly ramp to about 20 patients per day, with a base salary in the mid-$200k range plus productivity incentives, signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
