Job description
CompHealth is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible rheumatologist for a solo outpatient role on the California coast near Santa Barbara. Build a new Rheumatology service line with a strong primary care referral base, 100% outpatient practice, and a robust work‑life balance.
Typical 36/4 split with option for a 4‑day clinical week; six weeks of PTO; 1099 independent contractor with flexible 1–3 year contracts; coastal location with good schools and community.
