Job Summary
An exciting opportunity exists in South Texas for an experienced Primary Care Physician to join staff as the Medical Director. This is a full‑time position with direct oversight of physicians and advanced practice providers, with a 50/50 clinical‑admin mix.
The incoming physician will be comfortable creating and following budgets, writing policy, mentoring providers, and will understand the business behind healthcare.
Qualifications
Experienced bilingual Spanish speaking Board Certified Internal Medicine MD/DO
Active Texas license
3+ years of leadership experience
