Job description
RosmanSearch is partnering with a highly profitable private urology practice in the coastal Los Angeles area. The group, with three experienced urologists, plans to welcome two new physicians as one plans retirement to meet growing demand.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-5, with evenings and weekends protected except when on call. Compensation features substantial upside, including potential take-home around $1M by year three and opportunities to invest in ancillary income streams.
