InspectorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Inspectors for an electronics manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure electronic assemblies meet quality standards through detailed inspection and touch-up work. Read below for more information!Inspect boards and panels under a microscope to verify proper coating coveragePerform coating touch-up work under a microscope using hand toolsUse pliers, cutters, and other small hand tools during board assembly processesComplete required production and quality documentationEnter basic production data into a computer systemFollow work instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality standards are metHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a teamGood vision and finger dexterityBasic computer skills and data entry experienceAbility to read, write, communicate, and comprehend EnglishAbility to sit and work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per dayAbility to lift up to 30 poundsGeneral knowledge of electronic components preferredIPC-A-610 training preferred, but not requiredWillingness to cross-train in other positions as neededAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checkEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
