Production OperatorChromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company. We are a leading provider of aftermarket parts, repairs, and solutions that safely & reliably extend the life of aircraft engines and gas turbines. We develop, manufacture and repair critical turbine components for a range of engine platforms. Our solutions support the engines running the aerospace, energy and defense industries around the world.We're looking for a Production Operator to support the processing and repair of critical aerospace components used throughout the aviation industry. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will operate production equipment, prepare materials, perform quality checks, and help ensure products meet strict customer and regulatory requirements.At Chromalloy, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. Our teams repair and manufacture critical aerospace components used across the global aviation industry. What you do here has real-world impact—every day.Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00p-10:00pShift Differential: $2What You'll Be DoingOperate production equipment including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment.Prepare, mix, and handle materials in accordance with work instructions and specifications.Load and unload parts, components, and materials throughout the manufacturing process.Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.Follow documented manufacturing processes, work instructions, and safety procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support functions to ensure efficient production flow.Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures in English.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.Nice to HavePrevious manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment.Experience working with aerospace, metal processing, coatings, heat treat, brazing, or similar manufacturing processes.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsThis position is performed in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to industrial equipment, heat-generating processes, noise, and airborne particulates. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift and move materials as needed.This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
