Job description
Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Mobile Clinic
East Tennessee | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
Thrive Therapies Group is expanding our Mobile Clinic Program in East Tennessee, and we're looking for Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants who want to spend more of their time working directly with students — with the support, resources, and structure to do their best work.
Our mobile clinic model brings high-quality therapy directly to the communities that need it while creating a flexible, clinician-focused experience for our team.
Why SLPAs Will Love This Role
No Evaluations. No Case Management.
Your focus is direct therapy. You'll provide speech-language services under the appropriate supervision without the added responsibility of evaluations or case management.
More Face-to-Face Time With Students
Provide focused, 40-minute therapeutic sessions with a stable, consistent student caseload. Spend your time building relationships, supporting progress, and making a meaningful difference for students.
Full-Time & Part-Time Flexibility
Whether you're looking for your next full-time opportunity or meaningful part-time work that fits alongside your current schedule, our growing mobile clinic model offers options for both.
Travel & Lodging Support
For team members traveling to provide services, Thrive can coordinate travel logistics and lodging to support your scheduled on-site days.
We Bring the Support to You
Working in a mobile model doesn't mean working alone.
Materials & Clinical Resources Provided
Thrive provides the therapy materials, clinical resources, and tools you need so you can arrive prepared and focus on your students instead of spending your own time and money sourcing materials.
A Team Behind You
You’ll work with and be supported by experienced clinicians, regional leadership, operational partners, behavioral specialists, and other members of the Thrive team.
A Different Way to Deliver Therapy
At Thrive, we’re building a more clinician-focused way to bring therapy to students and communities.
If you’re an SLPA looking for meaningful work, less administrative burden, greater flexibility, and a supportive team behind you, we’d love to meet you.
Come help us bring therapy where it’s needed most — and spend more of your time making an impact with students.
