Job description
Job With Encode, IncServices may include:Field inspections and enforcement activitiesCase intake, documentation, and trackingNotice preparation and compliance follow-upBacklog reduction and case resolutionCoordination with City departments and external agenciesProgram Implementation SupportAssist the Community Development Department with the integration of the Code Enforcement program, including setting:Interim coordination protocolsReporting proceduresTracking systemsEquipment requirementsStandard operating proceduresProvide transition support, including:Migration of open and closed cases from the RIMS system to the Community Development systemsKnowledge transfer to City staffOn-call advisory support as full-time roles are filledThe candidate should have demonstrated experience in code enforcement in California jurisdictions. All personnel shall meet the applicable California certification and training standards and be capable of operating within the City's systems, policies, and procedures.
