Job description
Hy-Vee Coralville is seeking a Coffee Shop Department Manager who will lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You’ll set standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability while ensuring a great coffee shop experience for every guest.
You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, coordinate scheduling, manage inventory, pricing, and promotions, and partner with store leadership to deliver consistent quality and speed of service in a welcoming environment.
