Job description
Hy-Vee is seeking a Coffee Shop Department Manager in Overland Park, KS. You will lead the Coffee Shop, set standards for service, cleanliness, and team performance, and ensure every customer enjoys a great product and experience from morning to afternoon.
You’ll recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff; manage ordering, pricing, and inventory; and partner with store leadership to drive sales, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
