Job description
Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a General Manager in Katy, TX to lead store operations hands-on, drive guest satisfaction, and build a positive team culture. You will oversee daily execution and long-term staff development, acting as brand ambassador and ensuring consistency across service standards.
You will coach and motivate team members, manage schedules and labor, monitor inventory and quality, and collaborate with owners and leadership to align on goals.
