Job description
Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a hands-on General Manager in New Mexico to lead daily store operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and shape a positive team culture. This role blends hands-on leadership with accountability, providing direction from shift to long-term development.
You’ll coach and onboard staff, manage scheduling and labor, oversee inventory and safety, and communicate clearly with owners and leadership.
