Job description
Hy-Vee Brookings, SD is seeking a Coffee Shop Department Manager to lead a busy, welcoming coffee shop. You’ll set standards for service, supervise team performance, and ensure a great customer experience from morning coffee to afternoon pick-me-up.
The role requires a high school diploma, on-the-job training, and at least one year of related experience; you'll recruit, train, schedule, manage inventory, and coordinate with store leadership to drive sales.
