Coiler Class A – 1st ShiftLake Geneva, WI | MedicoilMedicoil is growing and looking for an experienced Class A Coiler to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. If you have experience setting up and operating coiling equipment and enjoy solving production challenges in a fast-paced environment, we would love to connect with you.1st Shift Monday – FridaySet up and operate spring coiling and/or wire forming machinesProduce compression, extension, torsion springs, wire forms, and rings to blueprint specificationsPerform machine adjustments and in-process inspections to maintain quality standardsUse calipers, micrometers, gauges, and load testers to verify part conformanceTroubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement effortsAssist with training newer team membersComplete production and quality documentationMaintain a clean and safe work environmentPrior spring coiling and/or wire forming experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and tooling knowledgeAbility to read blueprints and manufacturing specificationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma or GED preferred4–7 years of related spring manufacturing experience preferredAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbsClean, climate-controlled manufacturing facilityFamily-oriented cultureStable and growing companyCompetitive pay based on experienceFull benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, and bonus opportunitiesApply today and join a team that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Medicoil is an equal opportunity employer.
