The team combines deep real estate, development, and site acquisition experience to identify and procure premier development sites tailored to the needs of select customers. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Call Specialist. The Cold Call Specialist will conduct high-volume outbound calls to landowners and stakeholders to introduce renewable energy project opportunities and qualify potential sites based on defined criteria. Responsibilities include following call scripts and outreach strategies, documenting call outcomes and lead details in CRM tools, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for senior team members. The role also involves researching prospective properties, addressing initial questions from landowners, and relaying feedback to the origination team to refine campaigns. The Cold Call Specialist will collaborate closely with project managers and originators to ensure accurate information flows through the pipeline and contribute to continuous improvement of outreach methods.
Qualifications
* Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills suited for high-volume outbound calling.
* Experience with cold calling, lead generation, or telesales, preferably in real estate, energy, or related industries.
* Proficiency with CRM or lead management tools, basic data entry, and organized record-keeping.
* Ability to follow structured scripts while adapting messaging to individual landowner needs and responses.
* Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively, and meeting daily and weekly call targets.
* Basic understanding or interest in renewable energy, land development, or real estate transactions is highly beneficial.
* Professional, respectful phone demeanor and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory communication with all stakeholders.
* Associate's Degree or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
