Cold Header OperatorOur client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fasteners, is seeking a Cold Header Operator to join their team. As a Cold Header Operator, you will be part of the Cold Header Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Cold Header OperatorLocation: TYRONE, PAPay Range: $20 + BOEShift: RotatingWhat's the Job?Operate header machines used in the cold-forming process of manufacturing fastenersLoad wire or raw material into machines, adjusting feed rates, dies, punches, and headers for optimal performanceRead and interpret blueprints, part drawings, or job travelers to determine machine settings and part specificationsConduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instrumentsMonitor machine operation, identify issues, and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain production flowWhat's Needed?High school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of experience operating header or cold-forming machines in a manufacturing environmentExperience in rivet or fastener production strongly preferredMust be available to work overtime as needed to support production demands and business needsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environmentPotential for overtime to support additional earningsEngagement with a dedicated team focused on quality and safetyHands-on experience with advanced cold-forming machineryContributing to the production of high-quality metal fasteners
