Job description
Wild Seeds Ranch is seeking a General Manager to grow into the full operational capacity of a living, working coliving community outside San Diego, CA. You will lead operations, resident onboarding, and monthly meetings, while nurturing an inclusive culture.
This role blends hands-on management with community development, revenue oversight across channels, and monthly programming. Prior coliving experience is preferred, with a focus on long-term living and shared ownership values.
