Responsibilities
Round at assigned facilities
Work closely and collaboratively with the OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families
Collaborate remotely with Nurse Practitioners
Must have an Active MD or DO License in South Carolina and / or North Carolina
Must have DEA registration
Must possess excellent communication and documentation abilities
Must have strong, ambitious, patient‑centric work ethic
Schedule
Monday - Friday visiting schedule with flexibility for Medical Directors
No in‑person requirement for Collaborating Only Physicians
