CRITERIA-BASED JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Collaborating Physician
RESPONSIBLE TO: Medical Director
WORK AREA: OHIO
SUMMARY
Path Behavioral Health, a progressive, client-first organization is seeking a Collaborating Physician for immediate placement to collaborate with up to 5 of our Nurse Practitioners.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Collaborating with up to 5 Nurse Practitioners
Reviewing and signing off on at least 5% of notes for each provider
Effective communication with all necessary parties. Responding to all communication within 24 hours of receiving Nurse Practitioners
Medical Director
Human Resources
Operations Team
REQUIREMENTS: The collaborating physician must be actively engaged in direct clinical practice in Ohio and practicing in a specialty that is the same as, or similar to, the APRN's nursing specialty in accordance with section (A) of the Ohio Revised Code.
MD License
Time commitment is up to 10 hours a month
