n nResponsibilities/Qualifications:
nnFunction as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
nCandidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Missouri.
nBoard Certified Physiatrist/PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehab)
nOnce/twice a week visit
n nPay:
nnBase Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid-level providers
nAdditional $250 for each additional mid-level they are overseeing
nSite visits to be compensated at $500 per visit
