In-Office.What You'll Do:Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients.Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team.Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal.
