Finance/Accounting CoordinatorTemp to Direct | On-site - Mission Viejo | $22-$25This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to build a career in accounting or business operations. The Finance/Accounting Coordinator will support invoicing, account reconciliations, data entry, and general office administration. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the potential to grow into additional responsibilities over time.What We're Looking ForIntermediate knowledge of QuickBooks preferredIntermediate Excel skills with Pivot TablesWillingness to learn lookup functions (VLOOKUP)Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and entering informationOrder office suppliesGood analytical skills and the ability to compare documents and identify discrepanciesBasic understanding of accounting principles and account reconciliationsComfortable working with data entry and routine administrative processesStrong organizational and communication skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learn and growResponsibilitiesCreate invoices in QuickBooks using shipping documents and sales orders from external systemsApply customer payments to open invoices and follow up on invoicing activities as neededReview and maintain accurate records within QuickBooks and other company systemsCode credit card transactions and perform credit card account reconciliationsAssist with account research and other accounting-related projectsOrder office supplies, and support general office needsProvide administrative support to the Finance teamPerform miscellaneous accounting and administrative duties as assignedWhy Join Us?Opportunity to develop accounting and business operations experienceHands-on training and exposure to a variety of responsibilitiesSupportive team environmentPotential for increased responsibility and long-term career growthIf you're dependable, eager to learn, and looking for an opportunity to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $27.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
