Job description
First American Title Lending seeks an experienced Collections Call Center Manager to lead our onsite team in Dalton, GA. You will oversee daily collections operations, develop training programs, and coach staff to improve performance and customer experience.
The role requires 3–5 years in collections management or call center leadership, with strong coaching and communication skills. Core hours are weekdays 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
