Job description
Mandarich Law Group seeks a Call Center Manager for its Woodland Hills, CA office. You will lead a team of collections specialists, coach performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive meeting targets.
Working hours Monday–Friday 8a-5p with variations. Competitive base salary with a monthly bonus plan, plus Medical and Dental coverage, a 401K with company match, PTO, Paid Parental Leave and Paid Holidays.
