Collections Representative
Salary: $55,000 starting base salary, transitioning to approximately $40,000 after 6–9 months, plus uncapped monthly commission

Key Responsibilities for Collections Representative:
Manage a portfolio of business accounts with outstanding balances
• Conduct high-volume outbound collection calls and maintain regular customer follow-up
• Negotiate payment arrangements and identify solutions for past-due accounts
• Process customer payments and investigate account discrepancies
• Maintain detailed account records and activity documentation
• Build strong customer relationships while achieving monthly collection goals
Qualifications for the Collections Representative:
1+ year of experience in collections, sales, account management, or customer-facing phone-based roles
• Experience negotiating payments, agreements, or customer resolutions
• Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Spanish fluency (spoken and written) strongly preferred
