Salary Range- $45,000-$60,000

As a Collections Specialist , you'll work closely with customers to help resolve outstanding balances while maintaining positive relationships. The ideal Collections Specialist is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:
Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain accurate account records
Monitor aging reports and past-due balances
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
What We're Looking For:
Previous collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented and dependable
