Job description
Ziply Fiber is seeking a Manager, Collections to lead collection strategies and processes that minimize financial loss and reduce delinquency. You will analyze account and payment trends and implement effective collection procedures that support business goals and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include managing collection center teams, training programs, and performance coaching, while partnering with Billing, Ops, and IT to drive efficiency and compliant practices.
