Job description
Camping World is seeking a Collision/Body Technician to join our growing team. A successful Collision/Body Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, background in body/paint repair and well-versed in all paint and body repair equipment.
nWhat You'll Do:
nnnProvide and document complete diagnostics for repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures. Determine best product for repair.
n
nnCustomize and repair RV in accordance with work orders. Execute work orders.
n
nnPerform body and paint repair
n
nnTrack all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
n
nnKeep supervisor appraised of work progress
n
nnEnsure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
n
nnMaintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
n
nnFollows Safety and Hazardous Waste procedures as outlined
n
nnPerforms other miscellaneous duties as assigned and performs duties at company established performance levels.
n
n nWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:
nnnCertification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience
n
nnMinimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
n
nnRVIA certification helpful but not required
n
nnValid driver's license preferred
n
nnMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
n
nnProlonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
n
nnPotential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
n
nnEnvironmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
n
n nGeneral Compensation Disclosure
nThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

nPay Range:
n$22.55-$53.48 Hourly
