Job description
Gerber Collision & Glass in Shreveport, LA, seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily collision-center operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead staff, manage budgets, monitor KPI targets, and enforce safety and quality standards to drive performance.
