Job description
Caliber Collision Middleton Service Center in Middleton, WI is seeking a Collision General Manager to run the center's day-to-day operations, drive safety, quality repairs, and financial performance in line with Caliber SOPs and insurance partner guidelines.
The GM will recruit and develop teammates, monitor client metrics, manage production and administration, and lead initiatives to grow the business while ensuring a positive, compliant work environment.
